At Bonsoir we are confident you will love your new purchase, however, if the item is not suitable we are more than happy for you to return it to us [this will only apply if the item is unworn, unwashed and in good condition] within 90 calendar days of receipt of the goods, and we will either exchange them or refund you.
A returns form is on the reverse of your invoice; this will be inside your parcel. Please complete the form fully and remove the peelable returns label and affix to the outside of your parcel. Please remember to obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods whilst they are in transit to us.
We offer free returns within the UK, the label in your parcel is a freepost label and incurs no charge. Returns from outside the UK will need to have the correct postage affixed to the parcel.
Should a refund be requested, the original postage and packing charge will not be refunded. We process our returns as soon as they are received, but during busy periods there may occasionally be a delay. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment. Cheques can only be made payable to the original issuer.
CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS [UK ORDERS ONLY]
This regulation replaces the Distance Selling Regulations and applies if you buy online or by phone and then wish to cancel your order. This regulation only applies when you cancel the whole order and not for partial returns [which would come under the standard Bonsoir Returns Policy].
Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 calendar days from the day you receive it. If your order consists of multiple Bonsoir garments, the 14 days run from when you receive the last item. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually get the goods back to the Bonsoir offices in Somerset. Your order must be returned in full including paperwork and packaging.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the products more than was necessary.
Refunding the cost of delivery: [If your UK order included a delivery charge].
· The Regulation requires Bonsoir to refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place. Therefore, if you selected a Special Delivery you will be refunded with £4.50, which is the cost of Standard UK Delivery.
Monogrammed items are non-returnable.
