HOW TO ORDER

You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply add the items you require to your basket. You can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on 'My Basket' . When your order is complete, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and enter your customer details, delivery details and payment information.

USING THE ZOOM TOOL

Click on the main image on each product page to open a zoomed version of the image. You can navigate through the alternative images by using the arrows on the top right of the image. Click the ‘Close’ button to return to the main product screen. Alternatively, simply use your mouse to hover over the area of the image you would like to zoom into.

USING SEARCH

You can click on 'Search' to search the collection by product code or keyword or by category e.g. pyjamas

Enter a product code or a keyword (such as pyjamas, nightshirt, etc.) and click on 'Search'. This will take you directly to the item or group of items that you are looking for. Click on the item picture or description to access the main page for that item. This displays detailed product information and the 'Add to My Basket' button.

BY POST

If you wish to order by post, please send your order to:

Please make your cheque payable to 'Bonsoir of London Ltd' and write your name, address and cheque card number on the back. Please allow six working days for your cheque to clear before your goods are despatched.

Overseas customers are advised to pay by credit or debit card, as only cheques written in UK Pound Sterling (£) are accepted.

If sending a post order, please send us all of the details below:

  • Size (and length where appropriate)

  • Issue No. (Switch where applicable)
  • CV2 number (last 3 digits from the signature strip of your card, or if paying by American Express, the 4 digits on the front of the card)

PAYMENT

We accept cheques, postal orders or the following credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, American Express and Switch/Maestro. We also accept online payment via Paypal.  We are unable to accept cash, Solo or Visa Electron cards. Please note your credit or debit card will be charged in full at the time of order, this also includes the cost of any items which are to follow at a later date. All prices are in UK Pound Sterling and your order total will be in UK Pound Sterling.
