“Can I return my product if it’s been washed?”
Unfortunately no. We ask that all products are returned unwashed and unworn (apart from trying on) and with original labels intact.
“I like my nightwear roomy – do I need to size up?”
Our nightwear and loungewear is cut for a comfortable and relaxed fit. Cut loose enough for you to move freely as you sleep, but tailored to look great. Our sizing guides indicates your measurements, not the measurements of the product so there should be no need to size up.
“How soon will my order be sent?”
For UK Standard delivery, items in stock should be received within 3 working days of your order. For UK next day delivery, orders will need to be place before midday.
“Where is my Freepost Returns label?” (UK Customers Only)
Your returns label will be in the bag as it is currently sent as a separate label which can get stuck, with static, to the inside of the mailing bag.
“Can I have it monogrammed?”
We currently only monogram two-fold, silk pyjamas and gowns in addition to our cashmere and wool robes.
“What does P-XXXL mean?”
View our size charts for more sizing information. Please note the sizing guides indicate your measurements, not the measurements of the garment which will be cut bigger.
“Does petite stand for shorter length?”
No, our petite size garments just refers to the sizing rather than being any different in length to all other sizes available.
"What does Modal Mean?"
Modal is a naturally sourced textile made from fibres of the beech tree, allowing the body to breathe and making it an ideal material for nightwear.
"What is the difference between Cotton & Cotton Lawn?"
Similar to Cotton, Lawn Cotton uses a tight weave but a finer thread, giving it a buttery smooth surface texture that tends to resist creasing.
“What is Two-Fold?”
Two-fold fabric is crafted from fine yarns which are spun together in pairs resulting in an incredibly smooth finish.
