COVID-19 UPDATE

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

At times like these, the well-being of our customers, staff and partners is more important than ever.  At Bonsoir we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our staff and you during these challenging times.  Rest assured, our dedicated team are working hard to provide you with the same high level of Bonsoir service.  In accordance with the latest government advice we have made changes to the way we work to ensure that our team are able to maintain 2 meters social distance in our sewing room and warehouse at all times.  With these changes and with the rest of our staff working from home, we are delighted to continue to supply you with all the comfort you need at the end of your day.

 

DELIVERIES

We are delivering worldwide as normal, however Royal Mail are currently unable to guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day for items sent with our Priority UK Delivery option. Your order however will be processed as a priority and will reach you as soon as possible. 

Due to the overwhelming demand on mail carriers some deliveries are taking longer than usual.  We recommend that you allow 2 days extra delivery time for order to arrive.  If you have any questions about your order please contact customer services who will be happy to answer any questions.

RETURNS

We understand that getting to the post-office could be tricky during this uncertain time which is why we've extended our returns period to 3 months.  At Bonsoir we are confident you will love your new purchase, however, if the item is not suitable we are more than happy for you to return it to us [this will only apply if the item is unworn, unwashed and in good condition] within 90 calendar days of receipt of the goods, and we will either exchange them or refund you.  See more information on our returns policy.

In accordance with the government's advice to retailers we have introduced a quarantine period of 72 hours on all returns and exchanges.  This will cause a short delay in the processing of refunds and exchanges.
