Description

We are excited to introduce the brand Kensho, whose beautiful jewellery will be available to purchase through Bonsoir for a limited time only to help you shop smart this festive season.

Kensho's thoughtfully crafted modern heirlooms are more than a mere fashion statement. They describe their jewellery as a symbolic reminder of your bond with yourself - an eternal commitment to evolve, to heal, to learn, to love, to manifest, to be at peace, to be happy, and in turn, to grow.

One of the earliest known heart symbols comes from the ancient Indus civilisation, where a pendant bearing a heart-shaped fig leaf was excavated. Through the centuries, the heart shape has come to be associated with fidelity, and, as we now understand it, love. When you adorn yourself with this uniquely handmade neckpiece, you acknowledge something really important about you - that within the wearer lies a big, beautiful, incomparable, infinite heart of gold - a fountainhead of love and compassion just waiting to be unleashed into the world.

The affirmation on the back reads “I am loved”.

The beauty of the piece is not all about the front or the back engraving. A lovely little pink tourmaline drop at the tail end of the neck adds to the charm of this necklace.

Kensho's Jewellery is lovingly handmade by artisans in Gold Vermeil - 22k solid gold (of at least 2.5 microns) over 925 sterling silver. The finish is five times thicker than average gold plating, and far more durable.

Care Guide

Vermeil jewellery may experience tarnishing over time, particularly when it comes into contact with various chemicals. Common culprits include sweat, sulfur, and chlorine.

To preserve the shine of your 24-karat gold-plated or sterling silver heirlooms, we recommend using a polishing cloth regularly to restore their luster and remove any surface tarnish that may accumulate. Keeping your Vermeil jewellery dry is advised to extend its lifespan.
